1/ Treasurer Report
Jenell reported that we currently have $3,900 in the Admin account. Items that need to be purchased include another set of goals. We need to get the name of the bank changed to Tracy Futbol Club. In order to do this we need the following:-

Fictitious Business License - Harry Bourassa will look into getting the License.
We need to find a volunteer to take over the treasurer position. Jeff would look into getting a replacement.
2/ Field and Equipment
- Lammersville has U.S Club insurance registered for Practice.
- Need to find another location for practice. Jeff to look into alternatives.
- Jeff/Harry will look into storage containers for Lammersville/Sports Complex.
- Need to look into getting a paint machine.
- Need to order corner flags. Recommend not getting the spring base flags.
3/ Registration
6 Teams are now registered with other teams showing interest.
4/ Uniforms.
Colors Orange and White.
We need to come up with a standard uniform that all teams should use.
Need to look into adding the uniform cost to the price of registration.
The uniform will be decided at the next meeting. Styles and Prices will be brought to the next board meeting:-
Dave Will approach Soccer Pro for a Uniform price.
Jeff Will approach Soccer Magic for a Uniform price.
Harry - Will contact Eurosport and Dayaks Den
Harry will look into an Orange Coaches/Board Member Polo shirt.
Harry will talk to Jose Torres to look into getting the logo re-designed.
5/ Publicity
Jeff will send Dave the web site details including password. Dave will initially publish the web site.
We will need to find a permanent web master. Need to get the current Logo to put on the web site.
Harry is going to look into producing a TFC banner to be used at TFC events.
Papers
Try-Outs will be posted in all area
6/ Coaching
Coaching applications for the U9/U10 program need to be back by November 30th.
Dave will produce the coaching application and publish on the web site.
Once this is complete we will need to advertise this in the Tracy Press.
We need to decide would will accept the applications.
It was agreed that if we form two teams in an age group the chosen coach would be head coach for both teams. The team would also be formed as a pure A/B team. Players could then move from one team to the next.
Need a technical director for the U9/U10 program. For now this will be as follows:-
Jeff Boys / Dave Girls.
We will also look into getting U16+ players in to help with the training.
7/ Try-Outs
We decided to only hold official TFC try-outs for the U9/U10 division. All older age groups will do their own try-outs or use the same CYSA team.
Try-Out Dates December 16/17
Location Jeff will see if we can get a guaranteed location. (Placensia or Ball Park)
There should be no games being played this weekend.
Times Check-in 9.30am Session - 10am-Midday.
U9 Must be 8 or Under on July 31st 2007
U10 - Must be 9 or Under on July 31st 2007
8/ U9/U10 Training schedules
